1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between the dhi88 platform and its user ("you" or "member"). When you register an account, log in, or use any service on dhi88, you automatically agree to these Terms.

It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform. For any questions or clarifications, contact our support team.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account at dhi88, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You will provide true, accurate, and complete information at the time of registration.
• Only one account per person is allowed — multiple accounts are prohibited.
• You have not voluntarily excluded yourself due to a gambling addiction or excessive tendency.

2.2 Account Verification

dhi88 may request identity verification documents at any time. If required documents are not submitted in a timely manner, dhi88 reserves the right to suspend or close the account. Providing false identity information will result in immediate account closure and any funds held may be confiscated.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to dhi88 immediately. You are solely responsible for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at dhi88 is ৳300 (three hundred taka), applicable to all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may result in account closure.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

3.3 Currency and Taxes

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The member is solely responsible for paying any applicable taxes or charges. dhi88 does not provide tax advice.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

4.1 Welcome Bonus

The dhi88 welcome bonus is 200% on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000.
• Deposit ৳10,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement on the bonus is 20 times (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each member may claim each promotion once only.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• Group or collusive betting does not count toward fulfilling bonus requirements.
• dhi88 reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms of any promotion.
• Bonus and cash balances are used separately; withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance.

5 VIP Program and Cashback

The dhi88 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. dhi88 may change the VIP benefit terms at any time and members will be notified in due course.

6 Prohibited Conduct and Activities

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Using another person's identity or payment information.
• Abusing, manipulating, or placing coordinated bets to exploit the bonus system.
• Using software, bots, automated tools, or improper methods to use the platform.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain financial advantage through group coordination.
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform — any winnings from such errors will be considered void.

dhi88 monitors all account activity and reserves the right to suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

7 Bets, Results and Dispute Resolution

7.1 Finality of Results

The records of dhi88's system and game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) are considered final in determining game outcomes. If a technical issue makes the result of a game uncertain, dhi88 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the staked amount.

7.2 Dispute Process

In the event of a dispute, the member must first seek resolution through the support team. The deadline for submitting a complaint is seven (7) days from the date of the relevant incident. dhi88's decision based on the information provided will be considered final.

8 Copyright and Intellectual Property

All content on the dhi88 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and brand elements — is the exclusive property of dhi88. Reproducing, distributing, or using them commercially without written permission is prohibited.

The software and assets of third-party game providers are owned by their respective owners and are governed by their own terms.

9 Limitation of Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

It is important to understand clearly that gambling carries financial risk. You acknowledge that:

• You are participating of your own free will and with full awareness.
• You will only bet money you can afford to lose.
• dhi88 is not responsible for losses on bets.
• dhi88 is not responsible for losses caused by internet connection issues or device problems.

10 Privacy and Personal Information

How your personal information is collected, stored, and used is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

dhi88 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all your personal and financial information secure. Your personal information is not sold or distributed to third parties, however information may be shared with authorities when required to comply with legal obligations.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 dhi88's Rights

dhi88 may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraud or money laundering.
• Evidence of being a minor.
• Other prohibited conduct (see Section 6).

11.2 Member's Rights

You may request closure of your own account at any time through support. Any verified balance (subject to bonus terms being met) may be withdrawn before account closure.

12 Changes to Terms and Contact

dhi88 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified by email of important changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
